If you are a PC user and use AOL for internet access you may have difficulty printing PDF files.

When AOL opens the pdf files into its own browser window, conflicts may arise when attempting to print.
The fields you fill in will print correctly, but some of the text in the PDF may not.

To avoid this you can right click on the link and then download the file to disk. You can then double click on the file. Your computer may automatically open Acrobat Reader. If it does not launch Acrobat Reader on its own, your computer may ask you what application you would like to use. In the list of applications it gives as options, look for Portable Document File (PDF) and select this file to view and print the downloaded form.
